Performance

Energy

Consumption

Efficient energy management is a strategic necessity for Beacon Offshore Ltd., directly impacting both operational resilience and environmental stewardship. As a specialist provider of offshore services, the Company’s energy profile is primarily driven by the deployment of advanced Dynamic Positioning (DP) vessels, remotely operated vehicles (ROVs), and modular dive systems. Optimising energy consumption is essential not only for

reducing the carbon footprint associated with these energy-intensive offshore activities but also for enhancing cost-efficiency and maintaining a competitive edge in a sector increasingly focused on the global transition toward a low-carbon future. By prioritising this topic, the Company ensures that its growth remains sustainable and aligned with international best practices for the offshore energy industry.

Waste

Management

Responsible waste handling is a fundamental component of the Company’s commitment to environmental sustainability and operational integrity. Given the Company’s specialised activities in offshore services, its operations generate various waste streams, including hazardous materials such as used oil, batteries, and contaminated fabrics. Implementing a robust management

system is essential to mitigate the risk of environmental contamination, ensure the protection of marine ecosystems, and maintain the Company’s social licence to operate. By prioritising the circular economy principles of recycling and waste value enhancement, the Company seeks to minimise its environmental footprint while ensuring full transparency and accountability to its stakeholders.

Social

Community

Engagement

Building strong ties with local communities is essential for creating shared value and maintaining the trust required to operate effectively in the offshore service sector. For Beacon Offshore Ltd., the engagement is not merely a corporate duty but a strategic effort to foster long-term partnerships

with the people and institutions in its operational areas. By actively supporting local development and human capital through education, the Company helps build a resilient social foundation that benefits both the community and its own business ecosystem.

Healthcare Infrastructure:

The Company coordinated with Sirikit Hospital to donate infectious waste bins, facilitating safer and more professional waste management for hospital staff and patients.

Local Health Support:

A similar donation drive was successfully carried out for Sattahip KM10 Hospital to bolster their sanitation and safety infrastructure.

Educational and Social Welfare:

In December 2025, the Company organised a significant donation drive for the Bann Teacher Boonchoo Foundation, which supports approximately 250 individuals with special needs.

Governance

Anti-Corruption

Integrity is one of the fundamentals of the Company’s operations; it serves as the basis for the Company’s ethical standing and business relationships. In the offshore energy sector, maintaining high standards of governance is critical for ensuring fair business practices and

long-term sustainability. By enforcing strict anti-corruption measures, the Company protects its reputation and mitigates legal and financial risks, thereby creating a reliable environment for all stakeholders.

Target

Establishment of renewed E-Learning regarding the Anti-Corruption

80% Employee’s Conduct Assessment

The Company has set rigorous short-term and long-term goals to ensure its commitment to zero corruption is understood and upheld by all personnel. For the 2025 period, the short-term goal focused on establishing a renewed E-Learning curriculum for anti-corruption and achieving an assessment score of at least 80% from all employees. In the long term, the Company aims for zero corruption incidents and 100% scoring on all related assessments to ensure total mastery of these ethical standards.

These targets align the Company’s governance performance with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 8, highlighting the role of integrity in sustainable economic growth.
